Air Private connects travelers with independent air charter brokers. Air Private is not an air carrier, does not own or operate aircraft and does not have operational control of any flight.

Quote requests
Submitting a request through the website does not create a booking or a contract. Quotes are prepared by our broker partners, depend on aircraft availability and may change until a charter agreement is signed.
Bookings, payment and cancellations
Any booking, payment, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the charter agreement between you and the broker or operator. Air Private is not a party to that agreement.
Safety and flight operations
The operating carrier is solely responsible for the operation, safety and airworthiness of the aircraft and the conduct of the flight, including decisions about weather, routing and delays.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to make sure every passenger meets all travel, identification, visa, customs and health requirements for the trip.
